This Electric Car Is No Loafer

Rather, it's a dress shoe. AutoMotto writes:
Believe it or not, a major Chinese shoe-maker - the Ao Kang Company based in the coastal province of Zhejiang, has contrived of an all electric car that exactly replicates a giant shoe! And please be warned, nothing is cheap about the heartfelt design, it is the very low price tag of $6,500 that we are talking about.

The car is reportedly 3m long and the ‘frame’ is made from 200ft of bull leather. The specifications are hearty as well, as according to the company the car can achieve a top speed of 30km/h and has a capacity for two people. This fully electric powered vehicle is also touted to cover a range of 400km, and that too just on a single charge!

With a modest price tag of $6,500, the company plans to launch around 40 of these cars for their chain stores. But even more than economic gain, these zero emission cars are sure to win the hearts of many a people.
