Not That Miserable Driving In California
Cars.com's KickingTires blog analyzes CarInsurance.com's misery index that considers how miserable it is to drive in a U.S. State based on number of miles driven per year, the price of fuel and income and the corresponding average income per person in the State. California's misery index is only 7 percent which is in average for the U.S. The least miserable State is New Hampshire with a 4.4% rating. The worst is Mississippi with a 11.6% index
