All active members have been sent an email detailing proposed changed to the Constitution & Bylaws of the NorCal MINIs club.
According to Article VII Amendments - "President must set a meeting and notify all members of proposed changes to be voted upon: thirty (30) days prior to the meeting." This meeting will occur on January 22, 2017, during our lunch in Bodega Bay. We will be voting to accept the updated Constitution & Bylaws of the NorCal MINIs club.
The changes will be accept upon approval of 60% of active members present at the meeting.
