MotoringFile reports that MINI will redesign the front and rear facia and hood designs on the upcoming Roadster and Coupé. One design being considered is pushing the running lights closer to the corners to distinguish the Roadster and Coupé from the Hatchback and Convertible. The R58 Roadster is expected to be released in late spring of 2011 with exclusive interior trim and paint options to further differentiate it from the Convertible. By the late summer of 2011 MINI should release the Coupé.
