LAPD Get The Boot

Not quite like the Louisana Troopers Who Feed On Their Own, an unknown Angeleno attached a parking boot to the wheel of an LAPD squad car on September 14, 2010. As Jalopnik reports:
Firefighters eventually removed the parking restraint in between bouts of uncontrollable laughter.
