What is baffling is this further statement, "test nuova mini cooper in cina ultima uscita solo in cina" which Google Translate says means "tests new MINI Cooper in China, only in China last exit." So is that where this winter footage was taken? You decide -

NORCAL MINIS is open to all and ownership of any MINI model car is encouraged, but not required.

Payment of annual dues is a prerequisite to membership. Membership begins on date dues are received by the club Treasurer and expire on December 31st of the same year.

New members are $35

Renewals are $25, during open enrollment period only otherwise the cost is $35

Members must be at least 18 years of age with legal rights to sign any event disclaimers. One spouse or significant other, per paid membership is considered a member with all the rights and privileges of Club membership.
