Automobile's group of reviewers is stunned by the price of the 2010 MINI JCW Clubman - $33,300 when $1,600 of options are added. At that price they wonder whether the Clubman will survive the introduction of the Countryman. One reviewer's main problem with the car is the lack of a traditional hatchback door. Most reviewers hated the ride from the performance run-flat tires and at least one found the stiff JCW suspension as "too brutal for Michigan roads." The reviewers deride the poor visibility from the split rear doors and many dislike the center stack and large speedometer. One reviewer noted that it "torque steers like a banshee, and has probably more motor than most people need or want."
