Driverside did an analysis to determine the ten most speediest states based on the number of speeding tickets given per capita. Of course, this could also mean that these states just have more aggressive law enforcement. California
did not make the top 10. Here's the list: 10. Masschusetts; 9. Delaware; 8. South Carolina; 7. New Mexico; 6. Maryland; 5. Mississippi; 4. North Dakota; 3. Vermont; 2. Wyoming; and 1. (although not technically a "State") Washington D.C.
