MINI Teaches The Auto Industry

The website reports that, at the J.D. Power & Associates 2012 Automotive Marketing Roundtable, Tom Salkowsky, the Head of Marketing at MINI USA, was invited to discuss some of the reasons for MINI's success, the challenges it faced and discussed how customer service and predictability played a part in MINI's 10-year success in the States.
