Continuing a year long downward slide MINI clocked a decrease of 20.5 percent from the 5,306 MINIs sold in September 2013 a year ago, and 21 percent over the first nine months of this year. According to
MotoringFile the drop is a result of MINI's inability to release any 2015 cars due to the EPA certification process. Here are the official numbers for September 2014:
