According to a report by Verisk Analytics Inc. you would be more likely to get arrested for traffic violations and cited four times more often than the average American driver. The report also sorted data and found that three Mercedes models are among the 10 most cited. Interestingly, drivers of the Toyota Solara and Toyota Scion TC had the second and third highest arrest rates for suspicion of rape. The vehicle found least likely to get you in trouble was the Rainier SUV from General Motors.
