The condom maker Trojan conducted a "Sex Census" on the most exciting place to have sex. The Census was based on two studies conducted by StrategyOne from March 15-21, 2011. The first, a national sample of 1,000 10-minute surveys were conducted online among U.S. adults over the age of 18, while the second is a study conducted online in 10 major cities among adults 18+ (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Washington, D.C. Atlanta and Houston). The survey margin of error is +/- 3.1 percent. While having sex in someone else’s bed (33 percent), the woods (27 percent) or a hot tub (22 percent) were considered exciting, sex in the car (48 percent) was the most exciting hand downs (rather, keep those hands where we can see them.)
