According to the article, David Oliveras, the owner and co-founder of the Epsilon Spanish Dakar Rally team, is in custody in Madrid after French authorities discovered about 1.4 tons of cocaine hidden in a truck belonging to the team on its return from South America.

NORCAL MINIS is open to all and ownership of any MINI model car is encouraged, but not required.

Payment of annual dues is a prerequisite to membership. Membership begins on date dues are received by the club Treasurer and expire on December 31st of the same year.

New members are $35

Renewals are $25, during open enrollment period only otherwise the cost is $35

Members must be at least 18 years of age with legal rights to sign any event disclaimers. One spouse or significant other, per paid membership is considered a member with all the rights and privileges of Club membership.
