MINI Motoring Graphics says they offer 5 million options to cover part or all of your vehicle. The roof graphics are about $500 and may be used on both regular MINIs and the MINI Clubman with or without a sunroof. MINI Motoring Graphics says the graphics are "printed with only the finest vinyl and laminate available [and] are completely removable without damaging, scratching, or otherwise defacing your MINI."
They also offer "wraps."

I can say from experience that their graphics/wraps are printed on very good material. We used MINI Motoring Graphics for our two themed MINIs we had at the rally.
Definitely would recommend them for graphics, but definitely suggest having a pro put the stickers on. It takes someone with quite the steady hand to make the graphics look great on your vehicle.
