Ninety year old Rachel Veitch of Orlando, FLA has had a 1964 Mercury Comet Caliente for the past 45 years . . . and it is still running strong after recording 558,000 miles. She has changed the oil every 3,000 miles. To quote Ms. Veitch: "I've taken care of most everything I've ever had, except for husbands."

Welcome to NORCAL MINIS. We are a non-profit group made up of MINI and Mini Classic enthusiasts (you don't need a Mini to be a member!). We operate and have members from all over Northern California, all the way from the California/Oregon border to as far south as San Luis Obispo. All are welcome! I have a 64 comet too. It has been the best car I have. She need a lot of work now, but she still looks great.
