Portland attorney C. Akin Blitz argued to the Court that he should not have to pay a speeding ticket he received in his luxury BMW because "he had no idea his BMW 535xi was going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone because of its handling characteristics." He brought a PowerPoint presentation and a mechanic to bolster his position. He lost and had to pay the $182 fine.
