MINI Colors - What's In, What's Out

MotoringFile reports on the changing colors of MINIs. Starting with 2011 production you can no longer order MINIs in these colors:

British Racing Green Metallic
Dark Silver
Nightfire Red
Interchange Yellow (gone 12/2010)
Sparkling Silver (will be MC only)
Pure Silver

Instead MINIs will be offered in these colors:

British Racing Green Metallic II (replacing BRG and reportedly lighter with hints of yellow)
Orange Spice (it’s unclear if this is only R57 or if it’ll be available on the R56 as well)
Eclipse Grey (as we predicted this replaces Dark Silver on the MCS)
Hot Chocolate (reported earlier this year – being extended to all models)
White Silver (available on all models)
Ice Blue (available starting December 2010 on the R57)
