The Twin Cities Times reports that the former Honda dealership on Paradise Drive in Corte Madera, that recently served as a fire-training facility for several Marin County fire departments, will be demolished to make room for a new MINI dealership. The new dealership, based on the appreciation shown by fire departments for interim use of the property, appears to be owned by Penske. A recent story from
Bloomberg Businessweek indicates Penske also recently acquired the Crevier BMW and MINI franchises in Santa Ana, CA.
