Romeo Ferrari Does A Blue Countryman

Aftermarket specialists at Romeo Ferraris have launched a special dedicated tuning program for the MINI Countryman to celebrate the 150 year anniversary of the unification of Italy. They gave the Countryman styling upgrades and a series of performance mods.

The vehicle is finished in blue matte paint and has a roof painted in the same color as the tuner’s Fiat 500 Abarth Chrome Anniversary. The bonnet and the tailgate feature chrome racing stripes. Custom mirror caps featuring the Italian flag can also be added upon request. An excellent photo gallery of the car is available at autoevolution.

Romeo Ferrari's modded MINI comes with black background headlights, a black grille and black side frames, and various specially designed badges. It sits on 19 inch OZ Racing II Ultralight alloys wrapped in Yokohama Advan Sport tires (size 225/40R19). The inside is done in white leather with contrasting ice blue stitching and blue piping, with the tuner's logo embroidered on the headrests and the Italian flag highlighted on the back.

The ECU has been remapped, and with a custom intercooler and a sports exhaust system the Romeo Ferrari Countryman is adds 43 horsepower and 88 Nm of torque from the 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged unit. An adjustable suspension can lower the car by up to 50 mm and upgraded brakes from Brembo featuring 328 mm perforated floating disks and 4 piston calipers.
